La Coupe Sultan of Johor 2018 était la huitième édition de la Coupe Sultan of Johor , un tournoi international de hockey sur gazon masculin des moins de 21 ans en Malaisie. Il s'est tenu à Johor Bahru , en Malaisie, du 6 au 13 octobre 2018.

Comme lors des éditions précédentes, six équipes au total se sont disputées le titre. Les États-Unis qui ont concouru en 2017 étaient absents du tournoi. L'équipe a été remplacée par la Nouvelle-Zélande .
