CineEurope (anciennement Cinema Expo International ) est le salon et la convention européenne le plus ancien pour l' industrie du cinéma . Organisé par Prometheus Global Media Film Group Expo et conjointement depuis 2015 avec l' Union internationale des cinémas (UNIC), CineEurope combine la convention annuelle officielle de cette dernière association professionnelle représentant les exploitants de cinéma et leurs associations nationales, et un salon professionnel présentant des présentations de produits et de films et des projections de certains longs métrages.
Histoire
- 1er Cinema Expo International, 29 juin-2 juillet 1992, Centre international de conférences de Bruxelles, Belgique. Parmi les longs métrages faisant l'objet d'une projection complète de l'exposition, citons Alien 3 ( 20th Century Fox ).
- 2e Cinema Expo International, 28 juin-1er juillet 1993, Centre international de conférences de Bruxelles, Belgique. Projection complète de Jurassic Park ( Universal Pictures ), In the Line of Fire ( Columbia Pictures ), What's Love Got to Do with It ( Buena Vista Pictures ), Dave ( Warner Bros. ) et Cliffhanger ( TriStar Pictures ). Un prix pour l'ensemble de sa carrière a été décerné à Steven Spielberg .
